<p>Job Description</p><p>• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.</p><p>• Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base.</p><p>• Searching for new projects and tenders in the company’s scope.</p><p>• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.</p><p>• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.</p><p>• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding products or services.</p><p>• Planning and directing the hiring and training of new sales representatives.</p><p>• Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners.</p><p>• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.</p><p>• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.</p><p>• Overseeing and directing the performance of the sales team.</p><p>• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.</p><p><br></p><p>Job Requirements</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical or related field.</p><p>• Good experience in Industrial Automation, Instruments, Sensors, LV & MV motors and VFDs.</p><p>• Proven experience in managing & leading a sales team.</p><p>• Excellent knowledge and experience in B2B sales.</p><p>• Proven track record of target achievement.</p><p>• Minimum 10 years of sales experience out of which minimum 2 years as a sales manager.</p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office.</p><p>• Fluent communication in English (verbal and written).</p><p>• Own clients (B2B & Corporate Companies) Database is preferable.</p><p>• Having a car is a must.</p><p><br></p><p>Kindly apply your resume at info@mntronic.com</p>
