Job Description
<ul><li>Scheduling and planning service portfolio for all Egypt hospitality customers as per their classification.</li><li>Standardizing the services provided to align customer operational standard</li><li>Preparing and delivering the needed tools for Cairo team.(Technical tools for the application & TCS team) (Selling & technical tools for sales team)</li><li>Budget build up including sales funnel, X-R selling and new customers acquisition to maximize the company revenue & sales opportunity along with sharing the team vision and forecasting accordingly</li><li>Assure of delivering the required training activities according to the annual plan / needs</li><li>Follow & monitor sales team plans, objectives and targets regularly basis and sharing the achievements</li><li>Ensure that our reports / Demos / surveys / tools / activities are being delivered to the right person through the right way</li><li>Conducted business review report with high level management to recap our service portfolio to ensure growing & developing our business partnership/adding value quarterly basis</li><li>Managing the approaching & Implementation of our new swimming pool electro-chlorination system through a communicated plan for each account manager</li><li>Increase the gap with competitors by cost saving programs, tailor-made solutions, quality programs and equipment to be invested on site</li><li>Ensure product innovations are sold in the market.</li><li>Organize on site advanced seminars with accounts to have strong focus on the customers and improve the PR with them</li><li>Coordinate & Facilitate the customers’ dues collection</li><li>Assure the quality & consistency for Diversey products and solutions</li><li>Meeting with the high level management to ensure delivering the best service level meanwhile achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Clarifying the business scope & adding value between both parties</li><li>Strengthen our brand & enhance customer loyalty and advocacy</li><li>Trainer & responsible for delivery of DWOS & TTT (Diversey Way Of Selling & Train The Trainer program) to our new comers employees</li><li>Responsible for hospitality training delivery for all employees & training coordinator for the new comers training plans</li></ul>
