Innovation Consulting Group ICG is searching for a Technical Recruiter to join their team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies aimed at identifying and attracting top technical talent in the industry. This individual will work with cross-functional teams within the company to understand their specific hiring needs and ensure the successful recruitment of qualified candidates to fill those roles.<p><br></p>The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and be able to establish relationships with potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events. This person should also be comfortable using data and metrics to track the success of recruitment efforts and continually improve the overall process.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Establishing recruitment strategies to identify top technical talent in the industry</li><li>Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential job candidates</li><li>Developing job postings and maintaining job listings across various channels</li><li>Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications</li><li>Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a successful and efficient recruitment process</li><li>Utilizing data and metrics to track recruitment success and improve recruitment efforts</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish and meet hiring goals</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field</li><li>A minimum of 2-3 years of technical recruitment experience</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills</li><li>Experience using various recruitment channels, including social media and networking events</li><li>Adept in analyzing data and metrics to track recruitment success</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment</li></ul>
