Operating from our 19 offices, 2400 Murexians from over 60 different nationalities ensure the development, implementation and support of our platform which is used by banks, asset managers, corporations, and utilities, across the world.<p><br></p>Join Murex and work on the challenges of an industry at the forefront of innovation and thrive in a people-centric environment.<p><br></p>You’ll be part of one global team where you can learn fast and stay true to yourself.<p><br></p><strong> <strong>The Team</strong> : </strong> <strong> The platform technical evolution and services (TES) domain drives the evolution of the MX.3 technical capabilities aligned with market standards and customers’ expectations. </strong><p><br></p><ul><li>By gathering insights and conducting strategic analysis, the TES domain provides the direction to build the right technical capabilities for the MX.3 platform.</li><li>By elaborating requirements, providing internal support, and supporting the development activity, the TES domain contributes to the delivery of the technical roadmap of the MX.3 platform.</li><li>By providing the technical roadmap along with the relevant supporting material, the TES domain supports Murex teams to promote and sell the MX.3 platform.</li><li>By providing Level 3 support for customers, the TES domain contributes to client satisfaction and to the improvement of the MX.3 platform strategy definition.</li></ul><p><br></p>The TES domain is product managing the foundation technical layer on which the MX.3 platform is built (infrastructure services and technical development stack) as well as the technical runtime components that guarantees its proper functioning (software libraries, operating systems, IT infrastructure)<p><br></p><strong><u>What You’ll Do</u></strong><p><br></p>You will play the role of product owner as part of an agile team: <ul><li>As a member of an agile team within an Agile Release Train, you’ll be playing the role of Product Owner, contributing to the execution of the product vision along with corrective and evolutive maintenance, applying agile and SAFe practices, e.g:</li><ul><li>Build product expertise,</li><li>Own the team’s product backlog and prioritize it,</li><li>Define user stories with acceptance criteria and acceptance tests and drive their delivery,</li><li>Conduct demos, perform risk assessments, and write release notes</li></ul></ul> <ul><li>As a member of the TES domain,</li><ul><li>you’ll be providing support to internal (L1) and external customers (L3) during the different phases of the MX.3 platform lifecycle (from presales to solution design to implementation to production),</li><ul><li>Analyze support requests and reported bugs/issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders for their resolution,</li></ul><li>you’ll be contributing to the domain activity towards achieving domain-level objectives (e.g., enhancing product documentation). </li></ul></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Who You Are</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Educational background in computer science or software engineering </li><li>2 to 5 years of previous work experience:</li><li>Knowledge of cluster management / container orchestration concepts and technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)</li><li>Knowledge of communication protocols like RMI, HTTP and gRPC</li><li>Previous experience working within an agile team</li><li>Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills</li><li>Autonomous, rigorous, analytical and synthetical mind</li><li>Product oriented, ability to innovate </li><li>Ability to continuously learn in an evolving technology domain</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity</li><li>Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must, French in a plus.</li></ul>
