Job Description
· Responsible for overseeing all production processes within ARIA Technologies. This includes developing and implementing production strategies, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring that production targets are met.
· The role requires the ability to understand technical drawings, blueprints, and other technical specifications related to mechanical production processes, also he should be able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
· Has expertise in CNC machining, including programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines. able to troubleshoot machining defect and provide solutions.
· Manage resources such as labor, equipment, and materials. This includes ensuring that there are adequate resources to meet production goals, developing budgets, and monitoring expenses.
· Responsible of planning and executing production plans that meet company goals.
· Forecast production needs, creating production schedules, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that resources are available.
· Ensure that products meet international quality standards, also developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring production processes for defects, and ensuring that corrective actions are taken when necessary.
· Managing and developing the production team, providing training, guidance, and support to employees to ensure that they are productive and engaged.
· Responsible for ensuring that all production processes are carried out in a safe manner. includes identifying potential hazards and implementing safety procedures.
· Overall, plays a crucial role in ensuring that a company’s production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
· Follow the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the company products competitive in the market.
· Follow all HSE Requirements

Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Excellent command of verbal and written English. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial. Ability to multi-task and manage numerous projects simultaneously. Technical Skills
•Very good knowledge of the safety concept to make the machine secure for human usage.
•Engineering knowledge of defined requirements and validation of component(s) / system(s) design, function, performance, production & manufacturing requirements, testing, and validation.
•Experienced in using Multibody dynamics simulation.
•Full awareness with international design standards and regulations (European standards).
•should have excellent communication skills to work effectively with other managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure that production processes run smoothly.
Education
Bachelor of Engineering with a Specialization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
