<br><p>We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Estimator to join our team at Rawnaq NPPF Engraving &amp; Ornamentation Works LLC. As a Technical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate cost estimates and proposals for our technical projects. You will collaborate with various teams to gather project requirements, analyze data, and develop comprehensive cost estimates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technical estimation, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.</p><p>- Conduct thorough analysis of project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.</p><p>- Evaluate and quantify project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.</p><p>- Utilize cost estimation software and tools to generate accurate estimates.</p><p>- Prepare detailed proposals and bids that align with project requirements and company standards.</p><p>- Ensure timely completion of cost estimates and proposal submissions.</p><p>- Review and evaluate project progress, identifying any cost variations and proposing necessary adjustments.</p><p>- Coordinate with procurement teams to source accurate pricing information for materials and equipment.</p><p>- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market prices, and technological advancements relevant to the estimation process.</p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve estimation processes and efficiency.</p><p><br></p><p>Civil estimators typically have a background in civil engineering, construction project management, or construction supervision. Estimators are responsible for obtaining tenders, obtaining of material costs, calculation of tenders taking into consideration project management and overheads.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or any related field.</p><p>- 3 years of experience as a Technical Estimator or in a similar role.</p><p>- Proven background in civil engineering and construction project supervision and management.</p><p>- Strong knowledge of material technical estimation techniques, principles, and best practices.</p><p>- Proficient in using cost estimation software, AutoCAD &amp; 2D/3D software.</p><p>- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.</p><p>- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.</p><p>- Verbal and written fluency in English.</p><p><br></p><p>If you are a motivated individual with a passion for technical estimation, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to hr@nppfdubai.ae</p><p><br></p><p>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.</p>
