The opportunity
Project: ROSHN – This is an opportunity to work with a large client in KSA who is developing various high-end communities throughout the Kingdom. Mace is working with the client to establish the EPMO to enable them to deliver industry-leading practice regarding processes, procedures, and operational assurance.
Your responsibilities will include:

Interfacing and presenting at a senior level within the client organisation.

Having expert knowledge of current design practices, technologies, methodologies and tools to support client’s delivery of design.

Directing the development of the establishment of technical/design management processes and procedures to support portfolio, programme and project delivery covering the full portfolio life cycle from project inception to handover.

Having a sound understanding of the RIBA 2020 plan of work, and the ability to lead the development of the RIBA stage, scope and review requirements.

Supervising the support to the client of a suite of best practice design control documents from a design management framework through to standard technical templates and proforma meeting agendas.

Directing the development of a best practice design control system, including process maps, and provision of assistance to the client to digitise the control tools within a fully integrated PMIS.

Providing advice on complex requirements and communicating analysis and corrective measures effectively.

Looking to the future to create a vision and set strategy for the continued improvement of the client’s design function.
About you
With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
