Job Description

<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Reviewing available solutions to meet project needs for current and upcoming projects and opportunities</li><li>Engagement with GLI to ensure optimum and efficient Electromechanical solutions are applied as part of scope for BTS and Available Space solutions</li><li>Reviewing of submissions to GLI to ensure requirements do not exceed Zain scope needs</li><li>Perform critical engineering calculation and power requirements assessments and conduct required loading capacity and utilization</li><li>Review and approve electromechanical design and propose change for enhancements </li><li>Review proposals of site sharing and coordinate sites sharing activities externally and internally</li><li>Ensure acceptance of deliverables is completed for deliverables</li><li>Engage with B2B for scope and business requirements to develop solution to meet the need of customers/opportunities</li><li>Work with external stakeholders needs into cost effective solution. </li><li>Participate in creating master projects plan and all subsidiary plans.</li><li>Track, review, and regulate performance of the projects related to GLI.</li><li>Develop and maintain lesson learnt, sharing of experience, recommend and carry out continuous improvements to the delivery program.</li><li>Participate in RFP creation, defining scope of work, products specifications, responsibility matrix and technical evaluation</li><li>Participate in Enterprise and B2B new opportunities to develop solution based on requested solutions</li><li>Administer contract, review invoices, perform integrating change control, resolve dispute, and ensure deliverables are as per</li><li>specification and requirements.</li><li>Work closely with GLI and develop productive business relation and regulate performance.</li><li>Perform proper alignment with GLI for electromechanical solution supply and ensure proper forecast is provided.</li><li>Technical evaluation of newly proposed electromechanical solution </li><li>Own effective communication channels between all stakeholders making sure efficient interaction among process of different departments.</li><li>Generate all required reports and analysis of deployment milestone progress and various projects aspects.</li><li>Manage relation with other MNOs for site sharing.</li><li>Escalate issues to concern people and ensure proper remedy is implemented in timely manner.</li></ul><p></p>
