Job Description:
• Handle product claim compensation of all distributors in region
o Collect data from department members/Prepare claim sheet
o Check data accuracy using inhouse system
o Follow up final judgement/payment from head office
o Follow up distributors for payment process
• Data Entry Support
o Support data entry requests for various surveys from all members of department.
o Analyze data based on requests
• Administration Support for all members of departments
o Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of items required for department activities
o Coordinate with travel agents for ticket bookings/hotel bookings
o Coordinate with shipping companies for sample shipments
o Coordinate with Accounts Department for payment
o Support department in organizing events
• Budget Ledger maintenance
o Maintain department budget ledger
o Coordinate, update and follow up payments
• Communicate with head office / distributors in region as required
• Any other admin errand or task as assigned by the superior.

Qualification and Skills:
• With relevant graduate or bachelor’s degree
• Entry Level – Minimum 1-2 years in a coordinator role
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
• Strong organizational and coordination with the ability to function in multi-cultural environment
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and other preferred skills (ex. attention to details, deadline-driven, time management, flexible, adaptable, etc.)
