Technical Coiled Tubing Engineer

Job Description

<p>The Coil Tubing Engineer shall be responsible in overseeing the entire coil tubing operations and maintenance of oilfield equipment on the assigned work location. The incumbent will be required to provide daily activities report and actively communicate with clients. </p><p> </p><p>· Ensures that adequate safety precautions are taken prior to any job.</p><p>· Conducts short safety meeting/Tool Box meeting with direct reports for the current job prior to operations. Ensure that each personnel are made aware of the hazards and is fully aware of their responsibilities.</p><p>· Perform all types of Coiled Tubing related calculations, simulations and recording.</p><p>· Prepare Coiled Tubing Procedures and Job Programs.</p><p>· Good knowledge of all Slickline and Eline Well service services.</p><p>· Detailed knowledge of Coiled Tubing services and their applications within the industry.</p><p>· Have suitable knowledge of coiled tubing of services and their application within the industry in order to effect minor changes to job programs and discuss same with the Client.</p><p>· Maintain a good and healthy relations among all superiors, colleagues, and subordinates.</p><p>· Provide all necessary guidance and coaching to all direct subordinates during operations for a proper execution of the job.</p><p>Proficient in CT simulation programs and interpretation</p><p>Support CT operations and technical issues whenever required. </p><p><strong> SKILLS AND COMPETENCY</strong></p><p> Qualified candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:</p><p>· Must be proficient in the English language.</p><p>· Must have Explant Computer Skills</p><p>· Must be knowledge of Well Test Data Analysis and Reporting</p><p>· Possess excellent Quality Control, Safety and Handling Skills</p><p>· Good experience in Coiled Tubing Equipment &amp; Tools usage and maintenance</p><p>· Knowledgeable of Data Acquisition Systems</p><p>· Project management, reporting &amp; financial control for all jobs and costs.</p><p>· Excellent Management Skills.</p><p>· Detailed knowledge of Coiled Tubing Services</p><p></p>
