If you’re an experienced recruitment expert with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities, we want you on our dynamic team!</span></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you will do…</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Develop and implement strategies for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent in a highly competitive market.</li><li>Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure the creation of job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and experience needed for each position.</li><li>Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and conducting technical assessments of candidates, and handling offer negotiation and onboarding.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with technical communities and organizations to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.</li><li>Act as a subject matter expert on technical talent acquisition, providing guidance and support to management.</li><li>Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.</li><li>Create a pool of qualified individuals for future job openings by building relationships with candidates.</li><li>Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, and offer acceptance rate and regularly report progress.</li><li>Assist with the onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you the one?</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of success in identifying and hiring top talent.</li><li>Experience working in an agile environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of technical roles and technologies, with the ability to quickly learn and understand new technical concepts.</li><li>Fluent English is a must.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.</li><li>Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques using LinkedIn RPS (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) </li><li>A passion for creating excellent candidate and client experience at every stage of the process</li><li>Strong relationship management and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and project management skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Are you up for an exciting journey with Söderhub? … Then we want to meet you!</strong></p><p><br></p>
