<strong><strong>Position:</strong></strong><p><br></p>Tech Lead NetApp Administrator<p><br></p><strong><strong>Job Description:</strong></strong><p><br></p>Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a division of the Arrow Electronics Group, provides IT professionals (service companies, editors and integrators) with global technological solutions associated with training and service offerings, in 5 main segments: servers, storage and virtualization, networks and security, infrastructure software and cloud solutions.<p><br></p>As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is strengthening its teams and is looking for a:<p><br></p><strong>Tech Lead NetApp Administrator – Casablanca</strong><p><br></p>A NetApp technical administrator is responsible for delivering proactive- and preventive support on NetApp systems. The role requires a deep understanding of the company’s offerings for NetApp managed Services and the NetApp portfolio(Products, Solutions &amp; Services). You work closely with the Arrow technical Support team and our customers. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a passion for IT-services and technologies and the ambition to grow.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Continuity NetApp systems installed at our customers premises and / or Cloud</li><li>Reporting activities on a monthly basis to our customers</li><li>Acting on system alerts and/or customer requests</li><li>Act as the technical contact person / advisor for our customers.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering and support and NetApp support center to provide a high-quality customer experience</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, technology trends and the NetApp Roadmap to our strong customer experience.</li><li>As a Technical Lead you will mentor, coordinate and review work of other team members and report into the Managed Services Delivery manager for NetApp</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What we need:</strong><p><br><br></p><ul><li>Education in ICT</li><li>At least 3 years of experience with similar responsibilities , with a focus on data storage or managed services</li><li>Proven Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of NetApp’s storage solutions and services(on-prem and Cloud), including data storage and data management solutions or willing to learn thru internal education / learning on the job.</li><li>Having Valid NetApp Certifications(like NCDA, NCIE-SAN, NCSE and/or NCSE-SO) is preferred</li><li>Advanced knowledge of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Google) is preferred</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL / AGILE is nice to have for future growth.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in an international team environment.</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in French and English is a must</li></ul><p><br></p>We kindly request that you submit your CV in English so we can carefully assess it against the criteria given for the position.
