TEAM LEADER – WTC

Job Description

Responsibleto carry out water tank cleaning, estimating and get the approval frommunicipality.

§ Accredited/Certified from Dubai Municipality

§ Brief Knowledge about Water tank cleaning

§ Should be fully aware of machinery’s and usage

§ Basic liaison with clients, on service issues.

§ Full time coordination with the water tank cleaning team trains them and communicates specific job requirement on all projects.

§ Inspection of water after cleaning the tank.

§ To obtain signature of the Client, on service acknowledgement.

§ To maintain daily activity report and the relevant docs.

§ Monitor the performance of the staff, reporting to the Supervisor on the job to job basis.

§ Take corrective action against emergency situations and immediately report to the Manager

§  Certificate of Secondary School Education with Water TankCertificate issued by Dubai Municipality with minimum 2-4 years fulltimerelevant experience in water tank cleaning.  

§  Certificate of Higher secondary will be preferred.

§  Fluent in written and spoken English, any other language will be anadded advantage

§  Having a valid UAE Light Duty Driving License.

§  Ability to be good team player & have basic communicationskills.

§  Practical & positive attitude personnel.

Must have Team Leaderexperience & should be able to work under pressure or deadlines
