Job Purpose

  • To lead a team of operators within the required department in the ANSAL factory. This will include both RM warehouse and factory teams 
  • Primary job includes tasks as below:
    • HSE (Daily /Weekly Checks, MOC management, Permit to Work, SOPs management, Training)
    • ALPS (LSW, MDI, 5S Area Champion, Managing/Improving Operational KPIs, OEEA management) 
    • Production (Daily Production Planning, Manpower assignment and development, QC/engineering/Scheduling coordination, SAP PP)

Key Accountabilities

1. Health and Safety

  • To ensure all team follows Life Saving Rules (LSR’s) all the time
  • To Issue Permit to Works

2.  Batch processing & Warehouse management

  • Transfer, check, and charge raw materials, control process materials, sampling, filling maintain the process parameters such as temperature, machine speed)
  • Batch produced as per the cycle time and defined quality standards and raw material warehouse management in SAP with stock accuracy without any posting error and delays

3. Continuous Improvement

  • To ensure Tier0 and Tier 1 meetings are held
  • Process confirmation plan compliance is >90% and results are improving
  • To implement 5S in assigned are and 5S Scores are above 75%

Experience

  • Secondary school certificate / technical diploma
  • Experience in Production/Manufacturing environment
  • Effective communication in English, including writing, speaking and Interpersonal communication.
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hand-On experience in SAP PP/LE, MS Excel/Power point and Word. 
  • Should also possess, analytical, time management and customer service skills.
