<strong><u>Role Summary</u></strong><p><br></p>We are looking for an operation coordinator team lead with a good logistics background to pursue scaling our multifaceted and dynamic restaurant operations. You will also play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business and our Talabat GO service by improving restaurant performance of the full estate of our verticals and convenience vendors.<p><br></p><strong>What’s on Your Plate?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Lead the city logistics operations team to improve the training quality</li><li>Managing the city restaurant operation end to end</li><li>Ensuring team’s compliance on Salesforce/Godroid/process tools</li><li>Train and support the team on how to provide excellent service and support for the partners in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between partners and the company</li><li>Work closely with the city sales team/vendor performance team to insure the smooth vendor performance and support to reduce the fail rate, vendor delay, etc.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality</li><li>Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.</li><li>Scheduling and carrying out training with new and existing restaurant partners, troubleshooting and Tech Replacement</li><li>Developing action plans with the department manager to address weak areas in need of improvement.</li><li>Instituting training and developmental programs for staff and monitoring effective implementation.</li><li>Develop preventive and regular maintenance plans.</li><li>Controlling and ensuring that equipment, infrastructure, etc. in stores are used and maintained properly.</li><li>Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>What did we order?</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>2-3 years of experience in food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred</li><li>Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms etc</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Urdu is a must. Arabic is a plus.</li><li>Influencer and a negotiation with good public speaking and presentation skills</li><li>People management skills: Experience of managing bigger group of people</li></ul>
