If you’re a sales driven leader who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.<p><br></p><strong><u>What’s On Our Plate</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Negotiate contract terms with the partners such as the commission.</li><li>Generate client acquisition plan.</li><li>Monitor performance of team in terms of restaurant partner acquisition.</li><li>Tracking sales target of the team.</li><li>Acquiring key accounts (international brands) and handle group level commission rate.</li><li>Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition target.</li><li>Analyze competition – strategies, partners, promotions, performance with reports from sales force and personal research.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of acquisition.</li><li>Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.</li><li>Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.</li><li>Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.</li><li>Produce metrics which provides visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.</li><li>Management for reporting and support.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Product development, Call Centre and Finance team to ensure effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Ordered</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.</li><li>5+ years of experience within Sales including managing a team.</li><li>Leadership Skills.</li><li>Negotiation Skills.</li><li>Problem Solving Skills.</li><li>Decision Making Skills.</li><li>Planning and Organizing Skills.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working.</li><li>Fluent in English.</li><li>Communication skills (Written and Verbal).</li><li>Excel Skills.</li></ul>
