What’s On Your Plate?

Monitor and maintain partner acquisitions, order growth, net fail rate and net take rates.

Responsible for commission re-negotiations.

Produce metrics which provide visibility on the progress of work assignments and team performance.

Ensure achieving the monthly acquisition and account management targets.

Manage the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor, guide and manage the team for optimum performance.

Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality.

Handle communication with the team, live meetings, email correspondence, reporting, etc.

Assign and monitor the tasks to complete appropriate work assignments.

Management for reporting and support.

Collaborate with the Marketing, Logistics and Finance team to ensure an effective sales cycle and resolve key issues escalated.

Lead on new projects, initiatives required across the Non Food Vertical Oman
What Did We Order?

Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience within Sales.
