? Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of hotel staff, including front desk personnel, concierge, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and other departments as assigned.
? Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and personalized attention throughout their stay, handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the guest’s satisfaction per policy.
? Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of various departments, ensuring smooth interdepartmental communication and cooperation to manage the staff schedule and coverage very well.
? Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to quality standards.
? Serve as a liaison between management and staff, communicating organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
