In 2021–22 we reached 650 million people.<p><br></p><u><strong>Role Purpose</strong></u><p><br></p><ul><li> To help the Operations team with administrative task that ensure the day-to-day running of the teaching centre.</li><li> To provide support to Teaching Centre staff in dealing with issues related to child protectio</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Main Opportunities/challenges For This Role</u></strong><p><br></p>Our courses for adults and children are increasingly managed through the use of technology with services like registration, online payment, attendance records, certificates and reports delivered through a cloud based platform (TCMS). The Teaching Centre Operations team are responsible for enabling the student’s learning experience through technology and face to face to face engagement. The role will suit someone comfortable with working with new technologies but also strong interpersonal skills to deal confidently with students, parents, teachers and other staff.<p><br></p>As the teaching centers operate to customer demand, some evening work will be expected.<p><br></p><strong><u>Main Accountabilities</u></strong><p><br></p><strong>Customer support </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Receives and responds to enquiries from/to customers. Identifies where more complex issues require resolution by others and refers them on accordingly</li><li> Recognises and understands the impact of incidents arising (e.g. child protection incidents; behaviour management issues; complaints, resourcing problems, logistical or technical difficulties) and proactively alerts the team leader to any issues of concern that are likely to impact service/project/task delivery or customer experience.</li><li> Monitor movement of Young Learners students (ensuring they remain safe and on the premises) during classes and escalate issue to the academic team</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Product and service support </strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Delivers a range of administrative and customer services within agreed corporate procedures, to maximise quality, continuity and efficiency</li><li> Provides logistical support to the organisation and delivery of teaching and registration as well as other internal and external activities/events, to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.
