<p><em>The role is based in Dubai with a leading organization into Exhibitions, Events &amp; Conferences.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Tax Manager</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and deliver all corporate tax services in compliance with laws, decrees, and notifications issued from time to time.</li><li>Provide tax efficient advice to Finance team and Business Units</li><li>Timely payment of corporate tax after considering treatment of the various revenue streams, and potential restrictions on deductible expenditure</li><li>Build relationships and interact with business units to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise</li><li>Identify and mitigate tax risks</li><li> Manage tax provision and tax compliance process</li><li>Prepare, review and submit corporate tax returns in compliance with law including transfer pricing requirements</li><li>Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices</li><li>Manage and coordinate tax audits</li><li>Maintain tax balances on general ledger</li><li>Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>CA/CMA/CPA or equivalent</li><li>8- 10 years of working experience.</li><li>Strong post-qualification experience in direct tax matters</li><li>Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns</li><li>Knowledge of tax software and MS Office.</li><li>Should be currently working in UAE.</li></ul><p></p>
