NOK Human Capital is hiring “Tax Lead” for a multinational fertilizer company.<p><br></p>Job Responsibilities:<p><br></p>Implement an effective system to monitor the tax calendar, including all tax payments, to ensure compliance with Egyptian tax authoritys dates.<p><br></p>Ensure Egyptian tax laws and regulations compliance.<p><br></p>Provide the tax inspector with the appropriate documents and analysis needed for the inspection process (income tax VAT -local WHT WHT on Offshore ,WHT on dividend).<p><br></p>Prepare /Reviewing quarterly local WHT calculation/ payments/forms to ensure correctness.<p><br></p>Prepare /Reviewing Offshore WHT calculations/payments/forms and submitting to the tax authority.<p><br></p>Prepare /Reviewing VAT calculations/payments/forms/refund and submitting to the tax authority.<p><br></p>Examine records of departments to ensure proper recording of transactions and compliance with applicable laws, makes recommendations.<p><br></p>Job Requirements:<p><br></p>8-12 years of experience in same field<p><br></p>Ex big four companies or global exposure<p><br></p>Advanced communication, persuasion, social intelligence, agility &amp; leadership skills<p><br></p>Advanced Tax Audit, dealing with Tax Authorities, Tax Portals &amp; VAT Returns technicalities<p><br></p>If you match these criteria, send your updated resume to resume@nokhc.net mentioning “Tax Lead” in the subject line
