<strong><strong><strong><strong>Job Description Summary</strong></strong></strong> <br><br></strong>During a 6-months internship (Tamheer Program), the Intern will be supporting Business Operations Department in the development and growth.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure timely submission for Service entity Contract and Non-Contract, invoices,<br></li><li>Work closely with Service Team, Finance, and cash team to resolve and process-related issues.<br></li><li>Identify invoices defects before submitting to cash team/Customers and work closely with Bus Ops team in adjusting.<br></li><li>Weekly reporting of all pending invoices and flag late billings.<br></li><li>Effective management of customers acknowledgment such as Statement of accounts/Invoices/supporting documents.<br></li><li>Provide regular update for the business requirements status to the Bus Ops Leader.<br></li><li>Supporting Business Operations team in all requirements within their scope.<br></li><li>Work closely with customers regarding inquiries and requirements of submitted invoices and report to Bus Ops/Cash team to ensure faster certification.<br></li><li>Effectively manage and prioritize various projects with minimal supervision.<br></li><li>Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.<br></li><li>Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.<br><br></li></ul><strong> Requirements <br><br></strong><ul><li>Fresh graduates up to 1 year experience with Finance, Accounting or Business Administration degree or similar.<br></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br></li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic (essential).<br></li><li>Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc. <br></li><li>Ability to operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining a forward-thinking and customer-first attitude.<br><br></li></ul><strong> Desired Characteristics: <br><br></strong><ul><li>Accounting and finance background is preferred.<br></li><li>Excellent communication &amp; Interpersonal skills. <br></li><li>Ability to adapt to change and willingness to be flexible at all times.<br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong><strong><strong>Additional Information</strong></strong></strong> <br><br></strong><strong>Relocation Assistance Provided: </strong>No<br><br>
