We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead our recruitment strategies with the objective of making Beesline the employer of choice on a global scale. The role, however, does not stop at hiring. It goes on to leading our advanced Talent Management program, which guides the team onto inspiring career paths.
Key Responsibilities:
Building business partnerships with Functional Heads to identify and define talent requirements.
Developing recruitment strategies that are up to date with industry trends and practices. Ex: LinkedIn, Crossover, Remote…
Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including social media, job fairs, and university events.
Developing recruitment networks and maintaining relationships with past and potential candidates.
Establishing initial contact and engaging with talented individuals in-person and online.
Liaising with potential candidates and arranging meetings with the hiring manager and key stakeholders.
Designing and conducting interviews with potential candidates.
Leading the Recruitment process, from putting the ad together, short-listing candidates, organizing the different interviews, and finalizing the job offer.
Negotiating job offers and agreements with candidates.
Documenting processes and updating databases and Applicant Tracking system.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and practices as well as with the Market trends, standards, and benchmarks.
Once the person joins Beesline, as well as for all team members, you’d be responsible of their Talent Management from A to Z. That includes, but not limited to, leading the performance and development program and following up on their career paths.
Key Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of 6 years’ experience in HR, 4 of which in Talent Acquisition and Management.
Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.
Good computer skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
Excellent networking abilities.
Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
