If you enjoy being BOLD, PASSIONATE and TOGETHER, then Majid Al Futtaim is the destination for you.<p><br></p><strong>ROLE PROFILE</strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Activities Across The Following Opcos: – Global Solutions, Lifestyle, Properties, Entertainment, Future Solutions And Holding</li><li>Monitor The Service Management Ticketing Tool “Askgs), Ensure Tickets Are Assigned/ Reassigned To The Relevant Agent And Completed Without Breaching The Sla .</li><li>Lead The Talent Management Team To Deliver The Tm Scope Of Services For The Following Tm Workstreams Employee Performance Journey (End-To-End) Talent Identification &amp; Success Planning 360-Degree Evaluations Graduates Program Nationalization</li><li>Plan And Delivery Tm Training On The Process Implementation</li><li>Manage The Reporting And Dashboard For The All Tm Processes</li><li>Ensures That Talent Management Guidelines, Policies, User Guides And Material Are Well Communicated On The Communications Platforms.</li><li>Supports The Talent Development Tower Lead To Monitor The Service Standards Continuously In Terms Of Customer Service Excellence And Creating A Customer-Oriented Mindset Across The Talent Management Team</li><li>Develops And Maintains Trust Relationships With The Opco Hc Stakeholders And The Center Of Excellence Within Maf</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>Minimum 7-10 Years’ Experience In A Generalist Human Resources Role/S With At Least 3- 5 Years In The Specialist Fields Of Talent Management, Talent Development, And Learning.</li><li>At Least 3 Years Of Leadings Teams/Managerial Experience.</li><li>Shared Services Experience Within Human Capital Preferred</li><li>Experience Working Across Multiple Geographies, Cultures Within Diverse Environments, Mainly In The Middle East Preferred.</li><li>University Degree And Certification In Human Resources Practices.</li><li>Strong Communication Skills In English And Arabic Is A Must.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong><p><br></p><ul><li>At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
