Summary:
Talent Search Group Company is seeking Talent management Consultant work with organizations to help them develop and implement strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. They may also provide guidance on how to best manage the performance of individual employees or teams within an organization.
Talent management consultants typically work with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. Their services are often customized based on the needs of each client; some may focus primarily on helping companies improve their recruitment processes, while others may focus more on coaching managers on how to better motivate and engage their employees.
Job Duties:
β’ Advising clients on talent management best practices, including recruiting, and hiring new employees
β’ Conducting assessments of employee performance and potential to determine training needs, development opportunities, and termination requirements.
β’ Recommending changes to HR policies and procedures to improve employee relations within the company.
β’ Monitoring employee performance to ensure compliance with company standards.
β’ Developing and administering employee training programs to improve job performance.
β’ Providing counseling and guidance to managers regarding effective leadership techniques
β’ Reviewing employee records to identify trends and issues that may impact productivity or safety.
β’ Providing consulting services to companies regarding strategic business planning
β’ Developing recruitment strategies for organizations to attract new employees with the appropriate skill sets.
