NOK Human Capital is hiring “Talent Effectiveness” for one of the largest retailer for home appliances and consumer electronics in Egypt.<p><br></p><strong>Job Description</strong><p><br></p>Formulate &amp; develop policies and procedures to support the business strategy and practice.<p><br></p>Create job design, job descriptions and the correct grading of jobs.<p><br></p>Formulate &amp; update organization chart.<p><br></p>Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.<p><br></p>Coordinate the talent management activities among the business units.<p><br></p>Generate Talent Review exercises’ periodical reports and consolidate them.<p><br></p>Facilitate and coordinate the assessment centers setups.<p><br></p>Coordinate and support in the talent review exercises among the group’s business units.<p><br></p>Maintain and coordinate the performance management system across all businesses.<p><br></p>Generate the analysis after the closure of the Performance Management Cycle.<p><br></p>Job Requirements<p><br></p>BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field<p><br></p>3-5 years of HR Experience, Talent Management &amp; OD<p><br></p>Assessment centers experience.<p><br></p>If you only match these requirements, send your most updated resume to resume@nokhc.net mentioning “Talent Effectiveness” in the subject line
