Description
Helps develop and implement talent development policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Assists in preparing/ designing instructional training materials, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures.
Prepare training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
Track and record training activities (Attendance, Evaluation, Certificates delivery, pledge signatures).
Freelance trainers sourcing.
Proposing different training proposals through contacting external training providers.
Submitting purchase order/ request to support the availability of training supplies/ materials on ERP.
Following up with finance on training providersβ invoice payment.
Attending Quality Assurance Audits and afford all needed documents.
Record of training materials prepared by in-house instructors, such as outlines, text, or handouts.
Attend meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs.
Prepare training expenses reports.
Schedule training classes based on availability of participants, classrooms, equipment, or instructors.
Provide onboarding session for new hires.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related fields.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Excellent organizing and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
* Expert use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
