Job Description
- Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events, manage and coordinate internal & external training programs.
- Support the Talent Development team in the planning and coordination of trainings.
- Handle logistics for in-house training activities including venues, equipments, scheduling, registration, and communication with participants.
- Coordinate off-site training activities for employees.
- Monitor and track employee progress and completion of training programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities and employee development plans.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
- Managing the petty cash and training invoices.
- Searching for new vendors.
- Arrange Meetings.
