What you will be doing:
– Check/ update employee compensation, benefits and incentive programs.
– Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations.
– Develop strategies and implement/update policies.
– Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, wage settlements, and dismissals
– Ensure the application of labor laws.
– Promote a productive workplace and ensure a culture of collaboration and accountability.
– Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
– Excellent interpersonal skills to help tackle challenges
– Foster a safe work environment with open communication channels.
– Check and assist finance on monthly payroll.
– Resolve disputes and other possible issues
– Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members.
– Identify and provide counselling for employees in distress.
– Work with department heads to determine the training needs.
– Adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance.
– Creating company policies based on the best HR practices.
– Ensure diversity at our workplace.
