<p>JOB TITLE : Talent Acquisition Specialist</p><p>DEPARTMENT : Talent Acquisition</p><p>DIVISION : People and Culture</p><p>REPORTS TO : Talent Acquisition Lead</p><p>RESPONSIBLE FOR : Duties contained in this Job Description</p><p>2.10 Verifies candidate credentials.</p><p>2.11 Prepares job offer and sends emails to accepted candidates that include the required hiring papers and contact them to obtain their approvals for employment offers.</p><p>2.12 Completes recruitment documentation and opens personnel files for the selected candidates.</p><p>2.13 Uploads the required documents for the candidate and newly hired staff.</p><p>2.14 Ensures that the newly hired are reporting to work along with the supporting documents.</p><p>2.15 Liaises between new hires and People Operations ensuring submission of all documentation required to open new personnel files.</p><p>2.16 Participates in quality improvement activities as needed.</p><p>2.17 Participates in committees as assigned.</p><p>3. EDUCATION / LICENSURE:</p><p>3.1 Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Management or equivalent</p><p>4. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:</p><p>4.1 At least five years of experience in the field of HR and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment</p><p>5. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:</p><p>5.1 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing (Arabic & English)</p><p>5.2 Outstanding knowledge of the Labor Law and Netaqat system, and the Decisions and systems issued by the Ministry of labor.</p><p>5.3 Superior organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to schedule priorities</p><p>5.4 Outstanding presentation skills, excellent interpersonal and coordination skills</p><p>5.5 Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure</p><p>5.6 Proficient in the use of personal computers and related software applications</p><p>6.
