<p>We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full cycle recruiting.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand position specifications, and develop job descriptions.</p><p>2. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and referrals to identify and attract&nbsp;qualified candidates.</p><p>3. Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.</p><p>4. Coordinate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.&nbsp;</p><p>5. Coordinate and participate in selection panels and assessments as required.</p><p>6. Monitoring the progress of mobilization and meeting the timeline at each recruitment stage&nbsp;</p><p>7. Prepare and extend job offers to be selected candidates, negotiating terms and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.</p><p>8. Generate regular reports and present recruitment data to the Line manager.</p><p>9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.</p><p>10. Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p>1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</p><p>2. Proven 2+ year work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role in F&amp;B Industry.</p><p>3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and selection methods.</p><p>4. Excellent written and communication skills and outstanding time-management skills</p><p>5. A keen attention to detail, spotting and inconsistencies in our documents, processes, etc.</p>
