<p>We are looking for a talented and experience Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. </p><p>The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and monitoring the hiring processes </p><p>and programs, from advertising for open positions to sourcing qualified candidates and hiring and training new personnel. He/ she is liable to connect with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers to close back office and shops vacancies when needed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Main Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><p><br></p><p>• Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks, LinkedIn, etc.)</p><p>• Review and follow up on employment applications, monitor hiring data and background check reports for all new joiners.</p><p>• Coordinate with the stakeholders to identify staffing needs and understand the clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.</p><p>• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.</p><p>• Develop partnerships with local, regional and international universities.</p><p>• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, as well as lead employer branding initiatives.</p><p>• Build respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.</p><p>• Prepare and send the needed Job offer letter and/or employment agreement; Also, coordinate and follow up with the concern parties regarding the MOL and all legal papers for the new joiners.</p><p>• Review with the line manager the job description of the new joiner if he/she is a replacement. If this is a new role, a job description should be written.</p><p>• Monitor and follow up the documents for new joining, including the probation evaluation, induction and orientation through our process.</p><p>• Track hiring metrics.</p><p>• Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods when need it.</p><p>• Create orientation and onboarding material and manage and conduct the induction/orientation for all new joiners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</u></strong></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field</p><p>• 5 years plus of experience in recruitment; retail background is a plus</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting (Bulk recruitment) using various interview techniques and evaluation methods</p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload</p>
