Description du poste<p><br></p>Reporting to the Resourcing & Talent Development Lead, the TA Officer will provide co-ordination and assistance with the internal & external recruitment process and other HR initiatives across local Kinross – Tasiast employees. Ensuring quality service delivery to the HR Business Partnering team and to the wider Company.<p><br></p>Responsabilités associées au poste<p><br></p><ul><li> Co-ordinate the internal and external recruitment and selection procedure to ensure the process is completed within a timely manner and to highest level of service.</li><li> Ensure all position descriptions are updated and job specifications are prepared for role vacancies. Revise and validate as required. Arrange translations of any relevant documents in French or English if necessary.</li><li> Produce, distribute and monitor position advertisements and applications. Ensuring roles are posted to appropriate job board/colleges etc.</li><li> Ensure that all vacancies are aligned / validated to the approved resource plan and budget.</li><li> Regular follow up with the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.</li><li> Provide first level screening of candidates resumes and role applications and provide on time responses.</li><li> Schedule and prepare interviews, including interview guidelines.</li><li> Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arrange travel etc.</li><li> Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, personality, experience and aptitudes against role profile.</li><li> Ensure that all the files of the new recruited person are properly stored.</li><li> Provide well documented / analytical reports on every interviewed candidate.</li><li> Ensure HR Business Partners are kept informed of all recruitment assignments / progress.</li><li> Arrange, create, produce and distribute training-related material and set up facilities as required</li><li> Assist with effective delivery of new employee induction / on boarding programs.</li><li> Co-facilitate workplace / talent assessments conducted by TMLSA or by external providers</li><li> Maintain the learning and development calendar and communicate across the Company</li></ul><p><br></p>Études et expérience<p><br></p><ul><li> Tertiary qualifications in psychology / Human Resources, Business or related field.</li><li> Up to 3 years previous experience within a similar position.</li><li> Very good French and English level both speaking and writing.</li><li> Intermediate knowledge of software skills including Word, Excel, Power Point and outlook programs.</li><li> Proven experience with selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checking, police checks).</li><li> Solid ability to prepare and conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress related).</li><li> Ability to organize assessment centers (work samples, psychometric tests).</li><li> Demonstrated experience with HR information systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Success Factors (e.g. Talent Mine).</li></ul><p><br></p>Compétences<p><br></p><ul><li> Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people and at different organizational levels.</li><li> High customer service focus and a pro-active approach to problem-solving.</li><li> Ability to perform with a high degree of professionalism, integrity and high ethical standards.</li><li> Understands and maintains confidentiality.</li><li> Well-structured / organised and results focused.</li><li> High energy, drive and resilience.</li><li> Values honesty.</li><li> Emotional maturity.</li><li> Good listener and self aware.</li><li> Innately inclusive, ability to generate respect and creates a trusting work environment.</li></ul>
