In this role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Ultimately, this role will create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs. You will join a dynamic team that is responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates across all Miral Entities.

What you will do

  • Live and breathe our Miral service standards.
  • A lot of calling
  • Screening, arranging interviews and any necessary testing of potential candidates
  • Interviewing mid to senior-level candidates
  • Working independently with hiring managers; collaborating to plan, organize, and implement the hiring process
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Performing ad hoc recruiting reporting
  • Preparing job offer letters
    Reviewing and evaluating hiring documentation.
  • Managing staffing agencies
  • Assisting in the identification of talent challenges and working with our TA Leads to develop solutions to address them
  • Participate and contribute to HR/Talent Acquisition projects

 What you will need to bring

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills to manage our candidates and our hiring managers.
  • A lot of patience
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Teams knowledge
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in recruitment either in agency or in-house
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Business or Human Resources​
  • CIPD or PHR qualifications
  • Mandarin will be an added advantage. 

What we would be excited about

  • Previous experience in HRIS; data crunchers are welcome!  
  • Knowledge in running assessment centers; training in assessor skills
