The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in building a high-performing culture by bringing in the right talent to the Group. This role will assist in all end-to-end talent acquisition activities to ensure the most suitable candidates are sourced, screened and selected in line with business objectives.

Description

The Key responsibilities include

Collaborate with functional heads in identifying job vacancies and drafting relevant Job Descriptions through a full understanding of key responsibilities and qualifications to ensure selecting the right candidatesPerform sourcing and screening activities to scope potential candidate CVs from local and international talent pools as per the Job Descriptions and requirements discussed with the relevant headsAssist in scheduling interviews and assessments for selected candidatesThis could include conducting interviews (technical, behavioural) and assessments tools (cognitive, personality, behavioural, role plays, scenarios) depending on job requirementsProvide regular updates to the relevant heads on the status and progress of the new hire’s recruitment. Draft and review employment contracts for new hires, coordinate with other stakeholders on visa formalities and logistics to ensure their smooth transition to the GroupMaintain and continuously update a proper candidate database to keep a reference of high calibre talent for future vacant roles.

Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be

Degree qualifiedHR Certification (PHR, SPRH, SHRM) is a plus3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in human resources

▪ Experience in financial services or banking is a plus

▪ Strong familiarity with hiring practices

▪ Experience using relevant recruitment software and channelsCommunication – listening, speaking, writing and presenting▪ Language – spoken and written English / Arabic is a plus▪ Organisation and Multitasking – prioritising and focusing on tasks with efficient use of time▪ Attention to detail accomplishing tasks with great focus on details in all areas involved▪ Willingness to learn – being open to acquire new knowledge and develop new skills
