It is also registered in several countries around the globe including Saint Vincent and Grenadines and Dubai.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Offices and Employees</strong></p><br><p>INGOT Brokers has physical offices, representative offices, operation hubs, and/or consultants in Pakistan, the UAE, Australia, Jordan, Saint Vincent, Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, South Africa, Kenya, Seychelles, and Iraq. In the Jordan entity alone, the company has approximately 170 employees – and increasing.</p><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and interview evaluation methods. </li><br><li>Work with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and announcements. Job descriptions need to reflect responsibilities and qualifications that are appropriate for the title of the position. </li><br><li>Present fully screened, qualified candidates to hire managers in a timely manner. </li><br><li>Facilitate applicant interviews with hiring managers (in person and/or on the phone). </li><br><li>Manage communications between applicants, hiring managers, and others to keep all parties apprised of the status of each search. </li><br><li>Coordinate pre-employment test schedules and conduct applicant preliminary interviews (in person and/or on the phone). </li><br><li>Manage candidate interview results and selection decisions with the hiring manager. Provide candidates feedback on interview results. </li><br><li>Maintain a database of qualified professionals to respond to talent management needs (ATS) rapidly.</li><br><li>Creating users for new joiners on the HR system and managing/organizing all paperwork for the onboarding process.</li><br></ul><br><p> </p><br><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any business-related degree.</li><br><li>Excellent level of written and spoken English and Arabic.</li><br><li>3-5 years’ experience in the recruitment function, one year of related experience in the finance industry is required.</li><br><li>SHRM or PHRI is highly desired.</li><br><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><br><li>Ability to create and present ideas and reports. </li><br><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. </li><br><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks. </li><br><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.</li><br><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>
