The Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. Talent Acquisition responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events.

You will be based in the Beirut office, and reporting to Group HR Manager located at the Dubai office.

The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to master all aspects of candidate acquisition, interview management, and candidate onboarding.

Applicants must possess skills in HR tools excellence, driving technology, stakeholder management, and enhancing the comprehensive candidate experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Ability to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
  • Create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs
  • Identifying hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with direct line managers to compile a consistent list of requirements for the new hire
  • Attracting suitable candidates through job postings, social media, the company website, etc.
  • Managing the job posting by periodically reviewing the recruiter sites and other recruitment platforms in accordance with hiring priority
  • Conduct screening & shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance with established selection criteria in collaboration with Direct Line Managers
  • Conduct the interview tests for applicable designations to qualify the candidates and recommend further interviews with the Direct Line Manager, HR Focal Point, and the Group HR Manager.
  • Ensure to conduct the candidate reference check prior to proceeding with any hiring of candidates
  • Arrange the facilities for the new joiners well in advance in coordination with relevant departments
  • Onboard the new joiner, provide a necessary explanation on Job Description, Organization chart, Companies under the group, Policies and Procedures, forms, etc.
  • Conduct probationary period confirmation with the relevant direct line manager in an allocated time frame
  • Daily update the Recruitment tracker and submit it to the Senior Management on weekly basis or as and when required
  • Arrange the Training and induction plan for new joiners well in advance

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related

· Proven 2-4 years of experience

· Experience in the financial field is a plus
