Key Responsibilities:

Working alongside our ME team in a virtual environment, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle:

  • Virtually meet with the hiring manager every time ME opens a new job requisition to discuss recruitment and sourcing strategy
  • Attract and source candidates through various sources (job boards, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, own network, etc.), pre-screen and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
  • Be an employee brand ambassador, while internally and externally soliciting employee referrals
  • Post/unpost roles, schedule interviews, debrief calls and any follow ups
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Manage the job offer / negotiation process
  • Proactively build talent pipelines through networking, CV databases, Facebook, university relations, Twitter, Reddit, engineering forums and other creative channels
  • Proactively develop strong partnerships with Atkins hiring managers, HRBPs and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct talent phone screens and facilitate internal team discussions regarding candidates
  • Gather and analyse recruitment metrics by daily updates in the recruitment tracker and participate in the weekly/monthly reporting activities
  • Occasionally liaise with and manage external recruitment partners

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter in a similar inhouse role
  • Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter and other search engines and job boards, have an established EPC candidates network
  • Experience in using an Application Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday

  • Passion for working with and learning from individuals from various countries/cultures 
  • Ability to manage a heavy volume of job requisitions and work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

  • Ability to project manage your job requisitions and organize your work

 

Education Required:

  • University Degree in HR related field, Psychology, Economics or Engineering
