You’ll develop solid relationships with business leaders and HR partners to drive an innovative recruiting strategy.<br><br><strong>A day in the life of…<br><br></strong><strong>A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Talent Acquisition Partner<br></strong><ul><li>Propose and execute the most suitable recruitment strategy, advising and acting on appropriate sourcing channels.</li><li>Manage E2E recruitment processes.</li><li>Conduct Sourcing Activities to identify the best talent in the market.</li><li>Proactively conduct talent mapping and constantly build networking to identify top talents for strategic positions.</li><li>Counsel and guideline managers on the required technical competences & soft skills for the role, while collaborating with HR community through capability building sessions.</li><li> Work on Employer Branding projects internally within MENA and externally through different channels.</li><li>Liaise with external/internal partners.</li><li>Ensure appropriate reporting on recruitment activities.</li><li>Promote Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Make You Successful<br><br></strong><strong>ARE YOU A FIT?<br></strong><ul><li>University degree or equivalent.</li><li>Recruitment or recruitment projects experience required. </li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Excel) and experience in using professional social networks (ex: LinkedIn).</li><li>Experience in stakeholders’ management.</li><li>Excellent communication and influencing skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>We are Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company.
