Job Description

General

·        Assist the Head of HR with implementing the company’s HR strategies.

Human Resources.

·        Execute the company’s Recruitment programs.

·        Work with senior management to analyze company’s manpower needs and develop the annual Manpower Plan.

· Use all available methods to source suitable candidates to fill open job vacancies.

· Interview all sourced candidates and shortlist suitable candidates for final techincal interview.

·  Assist the Recruitment & Employee Relations Team Leader with the drafting of job offers for vacant positions.

·  Handle the employee onboarding process.

Skills

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably in Human Resources, from an accredited institution or equivalent.
  • 3 years previous experience in various roles of HR activities.
