If you have ability to work independently with minimum of supervision and yield results, then we will be happy to hear from you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p><p><br></p><ul><li>Communicate with the various departments to evaluate present and future personnel requirements.</li><li>Develop sources of qualified applicants through various channels like advertisements, internet sources (LinkedIn, job portals…etc), recruitment agencies or manpower service provider.</li><li>Review and examine Job Descriptions/Job Requirements of all positions to be filled, ensure that applicants comply to established minimum selection criteria.</li><li>Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.</li><li>Create and maintain regular reports on key talent acquisition metrics.</li><li>Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities.</li><li>Discuss and negotiate salary and benefit details with candidate and obtain candidate acceptance. Respond to employment enquiries, update recruitment schedules and lists as required.</li><li>Support HR Director on all other tasks assigned from time to time.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Requirements – </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist.</li><li>Offshore renewables (windfarm), Petrochemicals and Mining sectors’ experience is preferred (but not essential).</li><li>Knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.</li><li>Well versed with social media, resume databases and professional networks.</li><li>Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment. </li><li>Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and able to handle multiple positions.</li><li>Have a keen eye for detail whilst being results-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty.</li><li>Proactive approach to HR and recruitment as a value-add function.</li><li>Have previously worked in a Real estate would be an advantage</li></ul>
