Job Description
<ul><li>Direct the development of a workforce plan for HWBC in coordination with the various functions across regions to ensure the optimal supply of talent in line with business needs.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of a fit-for-purpose talent acquisition strategy and plan aimed at building a solid workforce pipeline to meet the needs and requirements of the functions and actively take part in the sourcing and selection of potential candidates for leadership positions.</li><li>Oversee the effective planning, development and deployment of talent initiatives and programs aimed at attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across the organization covering the entire employee journey.</li><li>Develop, monitor and implement Saudization plan for the organization covering business need.</li><li>Direct the design and implementation of all talent development frameworks and initiatives for HWBC in line with strategic needs and objectives, including but not limited to a competency framework, performance management, career paths, and succession planning to support the continuous development of talent.</li><li>Oversee the effective operation and management of all HWBC facilities in coordination with third party service providers, to ensure it meets business needs and requirements.</li><li>Oversee the effective operation and management of all HWBC facilities in coordination with third party service providers, to ensure it meets business needs and requirements.</li><li>Oversee the effective management of the labor accommodation to ensure employees are adequately accommodated, in line with applicable laws and regulations</li></ul><p></p>
