NOK Human Capital is hiring “Talent Acquisition Lead” for one of the largest retailer for home appliances and consumer electronics in Egypt.<p><br></p>Job Description:<p><br></p>Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans<p><br></p>Lead employment branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience<p><br></p>Develop and maintain efficient relationships with all hiring managers and administer all talent acquisition activities for various projects<p><br></p>Build a pipeline of talents to fill future openings as the company continues rapid growth<p><br></p>Determine the most effective recruiting process based on position/division<p><br></p>Develop and maintain a social recruiting campaign to reach active and passive candidates, including content development, vendor relationship management, and platform management<p><br></p>Job Requirements<p><br></p>8-12 years of experience (3 years as a manager )<p><br></p>Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding<p><br></p>Understanding of all selection methods and techniques<p><br></p>Proficient in the use of social media and job boards<p><br></p>Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles<p><br></p>Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases Very good communication skills<p><br></p>If you only match these requirements, send your most updated resume to resume@nokhc.net mentioning “Talent Acquisition Lead” in the subject line
