Concentrix is searching for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is self-guided, motivated, and enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced technology environment. This position will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling interviews, delivering a world class candidate experience and advancing talent operations. Our ideal candidate will be spirited, nimble, and process oriented, building scalable processes as we work to grow our talent function.
You will:
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and hiring process.
- Administer and own the candidate experience post offer acceptance to include new hire paperwork, background checks, and IT provisioning.
- Preserve data accuracy and integrity within Workday ATS system.
- Maintain excellent relationships with candidates, recruiters, business partners and other functional departments (e.g. HRIS, IT, Onboarding, Payroll).
- Build, maintain and exercise functional and process knowledge to assess and solve problems – at times in the absence of structure or documentation.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service both internally and externally through strong communication skills, follow through, prioritization and sense of urgency.
- Assist with other special projects as assigned (e.g. ATS testing, process improvement, job description documentation, etc).
You Have:
- Minimum of 1+ year experience with Workday ATS.
- Two+ years of human resources, recruiting or related support experience.
- Excellent computer skills with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize work, serve multiple clients simultaneously and coordinate progress on several projects at one time.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience supporting the talent acquisition process
- Experience in high-tech, high-growth environments or global, matrixed companies.
