The Recruitment Assistanr plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the hiring activities within the organization. This position involves collaborating with the HR team, hiring managers, and candidates to facilitate the recruitment process from start to finish.<p><br></p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards, company website, and other relevant platforms.</li><li> Ensure that job postings are up-to-date and accurately reflect the job requirements and responsibilities.</li><li> Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.</li><li> Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals</li><li> Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members.</li><li> Ensure all necessary interview materials are prepared and provided to interviewers.</li><li> Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information and the progress of each candidate through the recruitment process.</li><li> Generate reports and metrics from the ATS to track recruitment progress and effectiveness.</li><li> Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.</li><li> Deliver a positive candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries and ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment journey.</li><li> Ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.</li><li> Assist in preparing offer letters and employment contracts for successful candidates.</li><li> Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires</li><li> Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.</li><li> Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as required.</li></ul><p><br></p><strong>Requirements:</strong><p><br></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.</li><li> Proven experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant or in a similar HR support role is advantageous.</li><li> Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.</li><li> Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.</li><li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</li><li> Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and data.</li><li> Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.</li><li> Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.</li></ul>
