<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct all the onboarding process (prepare documents to be signed by new joiners, arrange the parking, ID badge, SIM cards, etc.) </li><li>Provide induction/orientation sessions for all new joiners effectively and efficiently</li><li>Arrange with OD, operation and ERP to finalize the process of creating the position in the ERP system</li><li>Send all the needed information and documents of new joiners to HR operation for records, and IBAN details to Payroll</li><li>Arrange with other stakeholders to prepare all facilities requirements for new joiners such as (laptop, work station, etc.)</li><li>Prepare Employee Contracts in an effective and efficient manner </li><li>Maintain a historic record of all documents, data, statements related to the function. </li><li>Provide support in related assignments and project as stipulated by management when needed</li><li>Report any issues that may be of risk to the business, operations, systems or employees or any issues related to information security to Enterprise Risk and Information Security team</li><li>Support the Enterprise Risk and Information Security team in the risk mitigation process</li></ul>
