<strong>Position Summary</strong><p><br></p><strong>Job Description and Qualifications</strong><p><br></p>Specializes in Contingent Staffing Projects for an organization, which involves everything from Contract<p><br></p>review, proposal review / negotiations, creating budgets, collaborating with multiple teams to determine<p><br></p>requirements for proposals, ensuring projects stay within budget and allotted timeframe, and negotiating<p><br></p>suggested alterations to vendor contracts, either during the bidding process or after selection. Interact with<p><br></p>key stakeholders to apprise them of staffing status, project timeline including the mobilization and<p><br></p>onboarding plans. Point of contact for agencies and contractors for supporting project requirements.<p><br></p>This role will support the relationships and agreements with our agencies for contingent temporary staffing.<p><br></p>You will be responsible for ensuring vendor performance and contract negotiations in partnership with<p><br></p>business and alignment of our hiring goals.<p><br></p>Responsible for developing policies, procedures and guideline for contingent staffing and creating various<p><br></p>forms to standardize the process.<p><br></p><strong>Principal Duties And Responsibilities</strong><p><br></p> Develop a comprehensive recruitment plan ensuring alignment of all business requirements to promote<p><br></p>achievement of AIR PRODUCTS’s business strategy.<p><br></p> This role is responsible for day-to-day operational vendor engagement activities and vendor<p><br></p>performance management for the MEET and possible future expansion to other regions.<p><br></p> Workforce planning and strategy for peak and non-peak high volume hiring.<p><br></p> Managing mobilization and demobilization of workforce ramp ups cost effectively by engaging with the<p><br></p>contractors, agencies and Air Products Business.<p><br></p> Liaise with the onboarding team and agencies for smooth and seamless onboarding.<p><br></p> Develop data-driven actions and approaches to enhance agencies services finding the right candidate<p><br></p>for the right role in the desired time frame, in a most cost-efficient manner.<p><br></p> Monitoring and exploration of approved roles including hiring metrics and market analysis.<p><br></p> Oversee and monitor performance management for vendor partnerships.<p><br></p> Organizes and manages recruitment campaigns (Local &amp; Overseas). Identifies objectives with the<p><br></p>concerned department; liaison with employment agencies representatives; administrative<p><br></p>arrangements and preparation of required recruitment packages and materials.<p><br></p> Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.<p><br></p> Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors provide the best talent with<p><br></p>competitive rates, mobilization timeline, expertise in various countries etc.<p><br></p> Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any<p><br></p>service-related concerns.<p><br></p> Maintains contacts with and monitors the performance of approved staffing agencies via Agencies<p><br></p>Performance Matrix to ensure efficient supply of qualified candidates on competitive rates and<p><br></p>identifying ways to improve them.<p><br></p> Leverages personal informal networks and relationships with clients to keep pulse on the culture,<p><br></p>identifying any issues within the organization that need to be proactively addressed.<p><br></p> Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback,<p><br></p>performance calibration, and career transitions.<p><br></p> Emphasise the diverse spectrum of talent within the brand, bringing to life the value Diversity and<p><br></p>Inclusion within Air Products<p><br></p> Working collaboratively with HR COE to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices<p><br></p>that will support the strategic growth of the business.<p><br></p> Attend contract staff greviences, address it with concern vendors for necessary action to resolve as<p><br></p>soon as possible.<p><br></p> Ensure all contract staff are paid on timely manner and vondors deliver the best services.<p><br></p> Review vendor performance (weekly, monthlly, annually) to assess service and compliance to AP<p><br></p>standard.<p><br></p> Dealing with their Rotation travel, Expenses etc. and advising them on company polies and procedures.<p><br></p> Monitor and raise claims, disputes, compliance issues, negotiate and approve offers, raise requisitions,<p><br></p>and create reports.<p><br></p> Create various reports, presentation, and dashboard to present to the management on regular basis.<p><br></p> Periodic Travel (30%) is required to project sites and office.<p><br></p> Perform any other relevant duties as and when required.<p><br></p><strong>Key Skills</strong><p><br></p> Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and problem-solving skills.<p><br></p> Strong project management skills.<p><br></p> Excellent spoken, written English, Arabic will be advantage.<p><br></p> Strong Communication, interpersonal, Planning and organizing skills.<p><br></p> Decision making and problem-solving skills.<p><br></p><strong>Education And Experience</strong><p><br></p> Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.<p><br></p> Total 12 years of experience in the relevant HR field preferably 5 years working experience on managing<p><br></p>Vendors, contingent staffing.<p><br></p> Experience of effectively managing and developing a team of people, ideally with some remote<p><br></p>management<p><br></p> Experience of working across geographies within a matrix organisation<p><br></p> Proficient with software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).<p><br></p> Interpersonal skills and teamwork are necessary.<p><br></p> Be adaptable and flexible and possess sound time management and organization skills.<p><br></p> Knowledge of GCC Labor Laws and regulations as well advantageous knowledge of Saudi Labor laws.<p><br></p> CIPD, PHR/SPHR certification will be advantage.<p><br></p><strong>Req No.</strong><p><br></p>44653BR<p><br></p><strong>Employment Status</strong><p><br></p>Full Time<p><br></p><strong>Organization</strong><p><br></p>Corporate<p><br></p><strong>Business Sector / Division</strong><p><br></p>Human Resources<p><br></p><strong>Region</strong><p><br></p>Middle East, Egypt, Turkey (MEET)<p><br></p><strong>Country</strong><p><br></p>United Arab Emirates
