Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide<br><br>To take responsibility for transit systems (Signaling, COMs, AFC & PSD) maintenance focusing on asset life cycle management, leading the preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on the approved plans.<br><br>To guarantee the stability of transit systems<br><br><strong>Responsbilities:<br></strong><ul><li> Manage safety systems and processes. </li><li> Manage quality systems and processes together with QA. </li><li> Conduct accident/safety investigations. </li><li> Manage Infrastructure equipment Maintenance. </li><li> Strong commitment to the job responsibilities. </li><li> Achieve the quality and performance targets set for the assets comply with company policies. </li><li> Promote team spirit, fulfil all duties as specified in legal appointment. </li><li> Follow up on technical objectives related to the quality and efficiency of the maintenance activities </li><li> Make and follow up annual maintenance plan. </li><li> Conduct investigations into failures and ensure implementation of recommendations. </li><li> Review and approve technical documentation (Operating mods, chick lists, technical proposals). </li><li> Manage stuff and maintenance of the transit systems with respect to safety, quality, and technical issues. </li><li> Ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental or safety issue. </li><li> Ensure maintenance plan is executed effectively and equipment is running as required. Adhere to continuous improvement principles. </li><li> Ensure minimum levels of equipment downtime including timely and effective response to breakdowns. </li><li> Ensure that all agreed routine plant checks and testing are carried out to the specified frequencies and in accordance with maintenance plan. </li><li> Analyze and rectify equipment defects in a timely manner to avoid downtimes. </li><li> Conduct analysis on obsolescence treatment and propose renewal. </li><li> Interviewing and selecting technical candidates for the open vacancies in the department <br><br></li></ul><u> <strong> Qualifications: </strong> <br></u><ul><li> Degree in Electrical Engineering <br><br></li></ul><u> <strong> Experience: </strong> <br></u><ul><li> At least 7 years’ relevant experience in infrastructure maintenance environment. </li><li> Rail or Metro Experience is plus. </li><li> Fluent in Arabic & English Language. <br><br></li></ul><u> <strong> Knowledge: </strong> <br></u><ul><li> Signaling </li><li> COMs </li><li> AFC </li><li> Decision making </li><li> Safety Management </li><li> Advance technical knowledge </li><li> Document Review cycles </li><li> Advance technical knowledge </li><li> EAM such Maximo/ GSI <br><br></li></ul>Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
