Applicant Requirements/Accountabilities :
• Master’s degree in Software/ Computer Engineering (Bac+5) or Equivalent experience.
• Experience in CI/CD Pipelines and ability to pull/push pipeline changes to the repository and engage Dev when required.
• Verification skills and ability to perform a set of tests post-deployment to exercise the newly deployed product.
• Monitoring and Alarming experience in multi-tiered application environments, utilizing various monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Experience in documenting KPIs, errors, alerts, and alarms.
• Knowledge of Problem, Change, and Incident Management process.
• Experience in triaging and working on tickets assigned by the L1 team such as Monitoring and real customer incidents.
• Ability to escalate to the L3 team if the solution is not provided at Level 2.
• Proactive in driving process improvements and collaborating with various teams.
• Monitoring knowledge including tools such as New Relic, Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Cloud Infrastructure experience in supporting large-scale, high-availability services and applications, working with Microservices/API environment and Containerization tools (preferably GKE).
• Incident Management experience in troubleshooting and coordinating with different teams to resolve production issues and ITIL practices.
• Database operations experience in backup and restore, identifying slow queries, replicas, etc. with expertise in Elasticsearch and Apache Cassandra databases.
• Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Key Non-Technical Skills required:
• Ability to work under a rotating shift schedule if required.
• Advanced communication skills in English & French.
• Must be a go-getter and team player.
• Must effectively interact with stakeholders, end users, business analysts, and technical resources to gather requirements and prepare design specifications.
• Excellent ability to articulate and document technical concepts to non-technical audience.
• Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging technology solutions.

• Ability to work efficiently in virtual teams, handling multiple projects with geographically dispersed team members.
