System Engineer (Junior/Standard/Senior)-THS

Mission:
- Design and develop systems according to Valeo and A-SPICE system engineering methodology standard.
- Perform functional analysis and requirement elicitation with the customer and stakeholders to establish the detailed requirement in the specification at system and system elements level.
- Support project team members for system implementation.
Responsibilities:
1- Perform system functional analysis and requirement elicitation with the customer and stakeholders.
2- System architecture choice based on customer needs.
3- Define system and system elements requirement specifications and define verification method.
4- Review system specification with implementation and test functions.
5- Establish, update and maintain system risks and issues list
6- Provide traceability to customer requirements.
7- Provide system deliverables on time and respect budget.
Qualifications – External
Education:
B.Sc. in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Diploma or Master is a plus.
Technical qualification
Good knowledge in Thermodynamics,
Knowledge in AC Loop is a plus
Knowledge in Electric heaters is a plus
Knowledge in Motor Control is a plus
Good knowledge in Control Law, theory of control and System Engineering.
Very good knowledge about software engineering (requirement, design, development, Architecture, verification and validation)
Good scripting skills
very good power electronics knowledge
Good knowledge in Automatic Control, Motor Drives & Electric Motors.
Automotive SPICE is a Plus
Personal qualification
Excellent command of English language is a must.
German language is a plus.
Absorb and Learn new technologies.
Ability to travel to France, China and Germany.
International mindset.
Customer main focus and customer satisfaction (Car Manufacturers).
Result oriented.
Goal commitment.
Pre-Requisite for Standard/ Senior
- 1+ years of automotive SW/SYS experience
- 1+ Minimum Years experience of SYS Development or Validation
- ASPICE Awareness is a must
